You are so tired of feeling alone all the time. You’ve spent what feels like your entire life trying to be or act a certain way in order to “earn” love and respect from others and it’s exhausting. You work so hard and give so much of yourself, only to end up feeling unappreciated or rejected. Even your friendships and family relationships seem to involve a lot of effort and not a lot of support. You wonder what it would be like to be in a relationship where you felt loved and supported without having to constantly “work for it.”

Sometimes you think constant pain and struggle is just normal, but lately, it’s gotten worse and you’re feeling down and anxious. You really need someone to talk to but you’re not sure where to turn.

 

I help women who are tired of feeling “not good enough” learn to drop the inner monologue of self-criticism and develop a rich and healthy relationship with their own selves.

Over time, my clients experience a change in the way they care for and love themselves, which can lead to less anxiety as well as more caring and loving relationships with others in their lives. 

There is always room for both tears and laughter as we work together. I often integrate body awareness and self-compassion practices so you have some tools to help you find peace in your day-to-day.
